At Affordable we offer materials for Straight Drop Awnings such as:

  • Open Weave Mesh – Capability to control light and privacy as required with a percentage range of openness weaves;

    • 95% Block out mesh

    • 99% Block out mesh

    • 100% Block out mesh

  • PVC – Suitable for unwanted seasonal weather. Available as a Clear or Tinted marine grade PVC.

  • Acrylic – This lightweight material is most effective with larger spans and or projections. This will also create a light filter rather than a complete block out.

  • Canvas – Is a more traditional option based on colour and has the capability to control and block out all elements as required.

Straight-drop outdoor blind awnings can be used in many applications, such as on decks, in front of windows or as a privacy screen. And with a universal mounting method, installation of this type of blind is simple.

As an optional upgrade Straight Drop Awnings can have a pelmet/hood to provide additional coverage to the main mechanism and fabric roll, which helps maintain a longer life span, whilst also enhancing the look by keeping everything enclosed and neatly finished.
