Pivot Arm Awnings are a suitable choice for situations where access may be limited or above ground-level window height. This style of awning moves down and outwards, providing maximum airflow and shade. Extended fully in the down position, they provide a total window covering.

Choose from a wide range of fabrics and materials to suit your décor, including:

  • Open Weave Mesh – Capability to control light and privacy as required with a percentage range of openness weaves;

    • 95% Block out mesh

    • 99% Block out mesh

    • 100% Block out mesh

  • Acrylic – This lightweight material is most effective with larger spans and or projections. This will also create a light filter rather than a complete block out.

  • Canvas – This is a more traditional option based on colour and can control and block out all elements as required.

Affordable Pivot Arm Awnings as an optional upgrade can have a pelmet/hood to provide additional coverage to the main mechanism and fabric roll, which will help maximise their life span, whilst also enhancing the look with an uncluttered appearance.

Manual Pivot Arm Awnings have a tape or cord mechanism as standard, however optional upgrades can include:

  • Gear box with crank handle for easy external operation

  • Internal winder box and handle for convenience

  • 12V Battery rechargeable

  • Solar Powered

  • Hard-wired 240V power option (motorised pivot arm awning), this requires a licensed electrician to complete.
